We offer several systems to suit a variety of locations. These are based around a central display system which can display information, promotions and entertainment as well as direct the Q-Flow.
Q-Flow - Fast Flow
This is very effective in relatively busy atmospheres and creates order and customer position using visual and voice recognition.
Q-Flow - Speed Flow
The customer receives a numbered ticket that is dispensed at the Q-Flow kiosk. The customer can then take a seat and be entertained from a large display, or move round the store until their number is called. Staff display devices can be cost efficient LED panels or LCDs which can display promotions and information simultaneously.
Q-Flow - Call Flow
Call Flow is set to revolutionise purchasing and ordering. A customer can go up to a Q-Flow information and payment kiosk, and either call for assistance, pay for a product or order a product without queuing. By removing the queue and replacing it with convenience, increased sales are generated. It will also give staff time to interact with customers providing sell up and associated product sales opportunities.
